admin I am working as supervisor for an oil firm, as the demand of the work ask for it we have to work for long hours and are often exposed to asbestos and related material. I make sure that I keep myself safely covered and also make sure that people working under me also take adequate precautions. But I can not be present at all the places in a given time; some of the employees do cheat on the precautionary measures. So couple of dayís back I came to know that one of my junior is admitted to the hospital and he is diagnosed with Mesothelioma.
Although he is still in an early stage but he will not be able to come to work for another three weeks or so until he is fully recovered. This means that there is loss of work on the part of the company and loss of money for him also as he will not be paid for the third week. Get informed and implement it that is the best way out to be away from this disease. Government is also running many clinical trials for Mesothelioma to come up with new methods to cure the disease.
